We're looking for a hands‑on Capital Raising Professional / Project Manager to join our Helsinki team and take ownership of client fundraising projects from start to finish.

What you'll do

You’ll work directly on capital raising mandates alongside our experienced team. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops with clients, preparing investment materials (pitch decks, company presentations), financial modelling and analysis, running investor outreach processes, and coordinating project progress with clients. This is a client‑facing role with real ownership and responsibility.
