The Reconditioning Specialist is part of an enthusiastic team of adventurous individuals who enjoy meaningful employment and contributing in a team‑based, land‑based environment. Dispatched as a civilian among CAF personnel abroad, you are a team player in a fast‑paced setting and able to adapt to new challenges.

You will lead reconditioning programs for CAF members who may be affected by medical conditions and improve their functional abilities related to limitations. You will have expertise in designing specific programs and services that support reconditioning and prevent future injury.
