Benefits Analyst

Thomson Reuters is seeking a temporary Benefits Analyst to join our People function. This role will serve as a key partner in administering employee benefits, leave of absence programs, Retirement and Pension programs for our active and retiree population. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of benefits administration, leave management, employee support, and HR processes, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for employee benefits administration, including enrollments, qualifying life events, status changes, escalations, and ongoing plan operations.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing, reporting, issue resolution, and service delivery.
