Position Details
Job Responsibilities
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
- Assesses the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
- Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
- Support with scheduling as needed.
- Review, follow-up and action any opportunities on key OMNI metrics - Presubs, FTPR, CSAT etc.
- Participates in the training and development of the OMNI Associates, and provides feedback as needed.
