Position Responsibilities:
Lead and execute campus attraction strategies in the Canadian market, partnering with career centers and student organizations to grow brand recognition and presence on campus.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internships and new graduate rotational programs (Actuary), including posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
