Responsibilities

The Camp Counselor is responsible for leading and supervising secure, inclusive, and engaging recreational activities for children and youth participating in the summer camp program. Counselors play a key role in creating a positive camp experience while ensuring participant safety and well‑being at all times. The Counselor will respond appropriately to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies and also assist with set‑up, clean‑up, and organization of program space. The Counselor will communicate effectively with the Camp Coordinator, team members, and participants.
