Capital Markets Executive – Delivery Lead (Hybrid Mexico City) We are looking for a Capital Markets Executive with over 10 years of experience to join a global consulting firm, leading high-impact transformation initiatives for major financial institutions.
This role focuses on driving end-to-end transformation across capital markets operations, combining strategic advisory, delivery leadership, and deep functional expertise in financial markets and core platforms.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process reengineering, and vendor implementation
- Provide strategic advisory through complex analysis such as Gap Analysis, Business Case development, and RFP/RFI processes
- Act as Subject Matter Expert across asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives
