Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our Recovery Department as Call Center Agents (Recovery Officers). The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional customer relations.
Job Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and recovery matters
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain recovery records
Resolve customer queries related to payments and account status
Maintain call logs and recovery reports
Coordinate with the Accounts and Recovery Departments regarding payment updates
Achieve assigned recovery targets and performance objectives
Maintain professional communication and customer relationships
Perform other duties assigned by management
