Job Objective

Under direct supervision, the position is responsible for answering incoming breakdown calls and resolving equipment issues with our drivers and vendors. The incumbent is required to make safe, cost‑effective decisions to facilitate quick repairs in order to maximize equipment utilization.

Compensation

Salary: $18,500 MXN per month before taxes. No bonus.

Schedule

Nocturnal shift only: Wednesday 17:00‑23:00 or 23:00‑05:00, Thursday to Saturday 17:00‑05:00, or Sunday to Tuesday 17:00‑05:00 with change on Daylight Saving Time (horario de verano aún se aplica en EU).

Qualifications

• Advanced English C1.
• Bachelor's degree related to logistics from Mexico.
• Automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
