Responsibilities

• Reviewing design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals.
• Ensuring manufacturing and test equipment is calibrated and tested, and products meet the organizations and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements.
• Supporting operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
• Identifying root causes of problems in the production process and recommending corrective measures.
• Analyzing incidents reported back from the field and adapting internal guidelines accordingly.
• Analyzing data to identify trends in product quality or defects, to mitigate and prevent recurrence.
• A job at this level: prepares workplace, materials, tools, device or test equipment as needed.
