The Cainiao Logistics Operations Manager is responsible to manage the transportation operations, staff and partners, building operational procedures, ensuring and improving service levels, providing timely resolution to issues and real-time decisions. Constantly working on improve SLA, processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Manages, develops, plans, implements, organizes and control e-commerce and LTL transportation solutions, strategies and programs;
Provides assistance in identifying specific new operations, services and partners opportunities and participates in the development of new or modified service offerings;
Implement objectives through effective organization in the processes;
Lead, analyze, review and implement process optimization;
