In your role, you will be asked to supervise sales and perform cashiering duties, as well as preparing specialty beverages. You will be responsible for supervising  and ensuring that an exceptional level of service is achieved for all patients and residents by focusing on employee training, performance management and leadership. You will also manage weekly work schedules ensuring they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.
