Business & Systems Consultant – Sun Life

Reporting to the Manager of the Business & Systems Analysis Chapter, the Business & Systems Consultant works closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements and solutions that support Sun Life’s operations and technology strategy. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technology platforms, and regulatory compliance.

What will you do?

• Analyze and define user needs and translate them into requirements/epics/user stories and data mapping documents.
• Analyze and document how systems, processes, procedures, and customers will be impacted by future development, focusing on links across the organization.
