Position Details
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business channels (e.g., brokers, strategic partners, digital platforms, fintech, B2B marketplaces, and ecosystem partnerships).
- Design and implement hybrid distribution models (offline and digital) to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and IT teams to develop and implement digital solutions (e.g., partner portals, API integrations, dashboards).
- Conduct market research, including analysis of the digital landscape, competitors, and emerging business models.
- Identify growth opportunities within new economy sectors and ecosystem-driven business environments.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new channels, from concept to pilot and scaling.
