Position Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position of 36.25 hours per week. The City of Brandon reserves the right to underfill this position.

Rate of Pay: $85,054.69 - $91,769.33 annually (2026 Rates)

Successful applicant must obtain satisfactory results from a criminal background investigation.

Purpose of Position

Reporting to the Manager of Application Support & Project Management, the Business Solutions Specialist will be responsible for supporting the corporation’s business improvement needs through business analysis and functional training.

This role collaborates with business leaders and the Innovation, Technology and Communications department to analyze processes, gather requirements, and support the design and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and achieve business goals.
