Supporting IT-tool development and IT-tool improvement of Generation Solution tool landscape (requirement specifications) according to given requirements and structures

Coordinating and continuous interaction with IT-development teams to achieve the requested results in agile development environment

Supporting test/review of the final product regarding useability and user acceptability.

Preparation of training documents; administration of the related Intranet representation.

Administration for existing tools (incl. user support) ; support of organization units in Generation Solutions regarding tool related questions...
