Job Description

Business Process Specialist is an experienced individual contributor responsible for ensuring the continuous, cost‑effective delivery of IT services for Caterpillar IT. The role drives service quality, manages expectations, and owns the FR3 spend‑lifecycle management application as well as AI‑enabled automation solutions. It leads solution strategies, service improvement initiatives, and aligns IT services with business needs and budgets.

What You Will Do

• Lead the IT Vendor Management team as the primary administrator and Solution Owner of the FR3 platform, creating forecast visibility through business intelligence reporting and analytics.
• Design, implement, and support agent‑based AI (autonomous workflows), copilots, and generative AI assistants across vendor management processes.
