Responsibilities

• Map existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop workflows and documentation using BPM methodologies
• Ensure process standardization and define SLAs
• Monitor efficiency metrics and indicators, applying the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement
• Participate in integration projects between systems and internal processes
• Support training and communication on new processes

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Production Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields with a graduation date on Dec 27 or after
• Availability to work on‑site in São Paulo
• Logical thinking, organization, and proactivity
• Interest in process mapping
