At our company, integrity, trust, and responsible business conduct are at the heart of how we work. We are looking for a Business Practice Manager Lead for Finland and Norway to help shape and strengthen our business practice and compliance framework across both countries.

This role offers a balanced mix of hands‑on ownership and cross‑country coordination. You will take responsibility for business practice activities in Finland, while also guiding and coordinating the work through the Business Practice Manager in Norway who reports to you.

You will be a key point of contact for Regional and Global Compliance and a trusted partner to the Human Health organization on the Code of Practice, internal Standards and Policies, compliance and ethical practices, HCP interactions, and data privacy topics. With a forward‑looking mindset, you will also help support future data‑driven and digital solutions that improve how we work.
