**What You Will Do**:
- Builds strong interactions with stakeholders in both management and operational functions and focusses on developing, identifying, analyzing and improving existing general business processes and best practices in collaboration
- Provides regular insights to the respective management teams on effectiveness of collaboration and its improvement opportunities supported by reporting and analytics
- Leads local & regional coordination of cross Business / Global Unit activities and ensures that aligned ways of working, relates reporting and analytics etc. are in place to support local discussions
