The ideal candidate will act as the right-hand to our Head of Operations, creating and maintaining efficient systems to support our growing business needs. You should be comfortable multitasking, working cross-functionally, and seamlessly balancing analytical tasks (like finance) with interpersonal ones (like vendor management). We aren't looking for a specialized expert in just one field, but rather a highly organized problem-solver with excellent business judgment and a readiness to use modern tools to work smarter.

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, collections, and ensuring internal records (like our ERP) are highly accurate.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external tech vendors and service providers, managing basic negotiations and tracking subscriptions.
• Perform first-pass reviews on vendor contracts, NDAs, and legal documents to summarize key clauses and flag risks for leadership.
