Job Description

We are recruiting for a Business Law Paralegal to join our team in our Vancouver or Calgary office. The successful candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in corporate law and will be responsible for conducting due diligence searches for commercial and real estate transactions, reviewing and summarizing search results, coordinating searches across Canada, preparing PPSA registrations and related filings, and liaising with clients, agents, and internal teams. Salary Range (Vancouver Only): $60,000 - $70,000 annually
