Position Details
Responsibilities
- Ensure change management and quality assurance practices are understood, adhered to, and leveraged to enhance system health and quality.
- Understand methodology, standards, policies and procedures and ensure that teams are complying with established standards.
- Design/develop solutions to business and technical requirements.
- Review quality requirements and establish or recommend appropriate measurement metrics.
- Identify and document quality assurance activities, strategies and schedules.
- Evaluate software products and internally developed solutions for consistency with best practices and standards.
- Oversee staff technical support activities required for execution of overall test plans. Assist in the analysis of conditions and approve strategies that effectively minimize implementation risk and/or improve solutions reliability and performance.
