Position Details
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential new clients, partners, and business opportunities to drive international growth
- Assisting with outreach and sales activities to support the expansion of ISG's client base
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic sales decisions
- Contributing to international growth initiatives and helping strengthen ISG's global network
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through LinkedIn and proactive search strategies to fulfill client needs
- Creating and managing job postings and maintaining applicant tracking systems to ensure data accuracy
- Conducting initial interviews and supporting consultants throughout the recruitment process
