The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of the Wipers category by driving new business, expanding channels, and delivering scalable, value‑based solutions that strengthen Kruger PRO’s position in the market.
- Drive Wiper business expansion by identifying, prospecting, acquiring new end-users, and growing distributor customers across key sectors (industrial, healthcare, foodservice, institutional).
- Develop and execute category growth strategies, including market prioritization, use‑case development, and value-based selling focused on productivity and sustainability.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through trials, conversion, and commercial close, positioning Wipers as a strategic consumable solution.
