About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Brazilian Fintech landscape? Bettr , a key brand under Ant International , is looking for a high-impact Business Development professional to drive our expansion in the Brazilian market.

In this role, you will be the face of Bettr to major eCommerce players, PSPs, and SaaS companies. You won’t just be closing deals; you will be managing the entire lifecycle of a partnership—from C-level negotiations and cross-functional project management to post-launch optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Lead daily business negotiations and commercial cooperation with key partners in Brazil, including banks, fintechs, and eCommerce marketplaces.
• C-Level Engagement: Leverage your existing network to build stable, high-trust relationships with executive leadership (C-suite) across the industry.
