We are looking for a Business Development Manager who began their career as a field technician—installing alarm systems, access control, and security infrastructure—and has successfully pivoted into sales. You understand how systems go together, what works in the real world, and how to design solutions that are installable, scalable, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead follow‑up, and relationship building.
• Technical Security Consultation: Conduct site visits, surveys, and consultations, using your field experience to design practical, effective security solutions.
• Sales Process Ownership: Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and system designs; follow up with prospects and close deals.
