Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Business Development & Growth: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base in target segments (e.g., government agencies, top & mid-tier contractors, developers, architects, consulting engineers). Identify and pursue new project leads at the earliest stages (concept, tender, pre-tender). Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in the precast market. 2. Client Relationship & Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at main contractors, developers, government bodies (BCA, HDB, LTA, MOH, MOE etc), and architectural/engineering firms.
