Job Description
The next Business Development Director, reporting directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role to defining and executing the Group's future growth strategy, will have the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth, initially focusing on German customers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within passenger and commercial vehicles but also on agriculture, construction and mining vehicles. Military and defence could also be a long term target.Build and maintain strong relationships with Global key clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Finance and PM) to align sales strategies with company objectives.Proactively analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Lead contract negotiations and close significant business deals.
