Business Coordinator – ATB Business Banking

Provide specialized executive support to the Managing Director of Business Performance and Insights, managing administrative functions and supporting committees, events, and enterprise partnerships.

• Create a wow experience for all team members by anticipating needs and collaborating to solve business problems.
• Assist in supporting the entire Business Solutions team, including onboarding new team members, managing distribution and FTE changes, and securing IT assets.
• Prepare a variety of confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations for all levels of the organization.
• Plan and manage team events both virtually and in person, including livestreams, training, and conferences.
