Position Details
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Control Account budgets and schedules for projects.
- Define tasks, resources, and sequencing to optimize project completion.
- Build and upkeep project schedules, including estimates to completion for remaining work scope.
- Review and approve all resources charged to Control Accounts; ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and assess Control Account performance and prepare variance analyses, including trend analysis of financial and schedule elements.
- Lead baseline change control processes for revisions to scope, schedule, or budget.
- Prepare dashboards and weekly/monthly/quarterly project reports; contribute to management presentations.
- Implement corrective actions as appropriate and inform management of significant problems.
