Skills / Experience Required:

• Familiarity with Traceability Matrix and Risk Impact Analysis
• Ability to steer initiative with multiple stakeholders
• Translate business needs into system requirements using BRDs, SRS, FSDs, ensuring they are complete, concise, testable, and audit-compliant
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, data lineage, data quality, and source-to-target mapping for regulatory and AML use cases
• Experience with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with a track record of leading high-risk, cross-functional, strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in using SharePoint for document collaboration, workflow automation, and stakeholder communication across financial regulatory and AML initiatives
