Responsibilities
Analyze HR business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation across recruiting, onboarding, core HR, time, and payrollImplement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, EC Time, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & GoalsSupport and maintain existing SAP HCM (PA/OM, Time) during SuccessFactors transition period while ensuring system stability and data integrityProvide analysis, configuration support, troubleshooting, testing, integrations, and release management on SuccessFactors.Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to design solutions, integrations, and workflows that optimize HR operationsCreate documentation and training materials to facilitate system understanding and adoption across HR teamsDevelop and execute testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet user specifications and regulatory requirementsManage role-bas...
