We are seeking a

Business Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

with strong experience in

capital markets and financial analytics platforms . The role focuses on client analytics, data platforms (Databricks), and supporting derivatives and reference data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for client analytics and capital markets data solutions

Work with

Databricks-based analytics platforms

for data processing and insights

Support analysis of

swaps, derivatives, and reference data

workflows

Collaborate with data engineers, quants, and business stakeholders

Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy of financial datasets

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
