Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather requirements and identify pain pointsLead requirements workshops and map current/future-state CRM processesConvert business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Dynamics 365Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service (leads, opportunities, accounts, cases, journeys, campaigns, segmentation, scoring) using OOTB and Power Platform featuresWork with tech teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with SAP S/4HANA and other systems for seamless data flowValidate migrated data for accuracy and identify automation and analytics improvements (Power BI)Build and maintain dashboards/reports to surface key sales, marketing, and service metricsLead User Acceptance Testing, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure release qualityDevelop training materials, deliver training, provide post-launch su...
