Responsibilities

• Gathering and understanding internal and external customer needs.
• Communicating and discussing business needs, requirements, and issues with the technical team (RPA and development team).
• Providing user stories acceptance criteria which will serve as testing and monitoring guidelines.
• Assisting and supporting go-live automation (monitoring and documentation).
• Providing initiatives to improve the efficiency of Avanto’s BPO team.
• Participating in the agile software development process.
• Testing and logging bugs, determining business and process impact for professional services projects.
• Testing new features to ensure they meet professional services project scope and/or requirements.
