Responsibilities

• Maintain order in common and public areas
• Respond to emergencies and notify authorities
• Generate work orders for maintenance tasks
• Conduct unit inspections and respond to tenant inquiries
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance work

Qualifications

• Experience in building management or similar role
• Solid interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Capable of performing minor repairs (electrical, plumbing)
• Proficient in arranging and coordinating maintenance projects
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle operation
