We are looking for a Building Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day operations and provide outstanding support to residents and the building.

Customer Service

• Ensure a superior level of cooperation, service and support is provided to residents.
• Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests.
• Be available to residents for general inquiries about living in their suite, building and community.

Administration

• Responsible for enforcing lease agreements, including rent collection, rules and regulations, and serving notices to residents.
• Process vacancy notices, rent‑ready and vacancy reports, age receivables and rent rolls.
• Support the Leasing Team in processing resident applications and lease agreements.
• Generate POS.
• Order supplies.
