**Working a 24/7 shift pattern of 2 days, 2 nights and 6 days off, totalling 1800 annualised hours.**

**About the role**

We are seeking a Project Brewer to join the Brewing team at St James’s Gate on a 6–12 month secondment. This role will support brewing operations and improvement projects while working within a 24/7 shift environment.

The Project Brewer will apply scientific and/or engineering principles to ensure brewing conditions are optimised and production meets world‑class quality, safety, and environmental standards.
