Job Summary: 

The Breakfast Supervisor supports the daily operation of breakfast service at The Grace Westport Estate, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the start of each day. Working under the guidance of the Assistant Manager, this role is hands-on in leading the breakfast team, maintaining service standards, and delivering a warm, efficient, and personalised dining experience that reflects the property's commitment to refined hospitality
