What You'll Do:

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes.
• Follow recipes, minimize waste, and maintain food safety standards.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety while working efficiently.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel/restaurant.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
