We are looking for a Molding Engineer.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and monitor the manufacturing of plastic molds, ensuring compliance with schedules and planned costs.
• Prepare and update PFMEA for related processes.
• Develop new molds, gauges, and suppliers for molds and dies.
• Oversee and approve projects with suppliers, including manufacturing and tryouts until release for production.
• Manage technical documentation and drawings for molds and dies.
• Define preventive maintenance plans and spare parts lists.
• Evaluate and support maintenance of molds and dies at external suppliers.
• Coordinate modifications and improvements in molds and dies, ensuring compliance with MSA.
• Update technical specifications (MTA) for molds and dies.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
