Brand & Engagement Manager, Environmental Sustainability

This 18‑month contract role is located at our Liberty Village office. It sits at the intersection of sustainability expertise and brand execution, translating environmental literacy into brand‑aligned campaigns and consumer‑facing storytelling.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to the development, refinement, and communication of DECIEM’s sustainability priorities, ensuring alignment with evolving environmental standards and internal capabilities.
• Partner with internal teams to interpret initiatives (e.g., responsible sourcing, packaging, carbon, certifications) into clear, accurate narratives and actionable insights.
• Support the collection, validation, and organization of sustainability data for certifications, disclosures, and reporting (including ELC requirements), ensuring consistency and credibility.
