The Activation Manager role represents a strategic transformation in how Zamora Company approaches the market. Moving beyond traditional brand advocacy, this position serves as a strategic partner to both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels, with a clear focus on driving sell-out, ensuring flawless execution of our brands across all touchpoints, and delivering measurable return on investment in the São Paulo region.
With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, this individual will spend the majority of their time in-market, working hands‑on to elevate execution. They will lead the adoption of the AVQPAP model (Availability, Visibility, Quality, Price, Activation, Promotion) to bring the Picture of Success to life. Partnering closely with distributor sales teams and key customers, they will identify opportunities, close executional gaps, and build long‑term, value‑driven relationships across São Paulo and the broader Southeast region.
