Job Description :Role Responsibilities:
Greeting and engaging with customers on banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needsGuiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if requiredHandling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as requiredEngaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needsIdentifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as requiredHandling – processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required.
