Description
Lead and manage daily boutique operations to ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with brand standards Drive sales performance and achieve boutique targets through strong commercial execution and team leadership Coach, develop, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business Oversee boutique administration, reporting, and compliance with company policies Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for in-store activations and events Requirements
