Overview
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Bookkeeper and Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to join our team at The Archetype Strategy. The role involves managing bookkeeping, contractor payroll, invoicing, and ensuring HR compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will keep financial and HR records in order and ensure contractors are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks or Xero, reconcile bank and credit card statements, and track and categorize business expenses.
- Payroll & Contractor Hours: collect contractor timesheets or hours worked, calculate weekly payroll while ensuring compliance with labor regulations, maintain payroll records, and assist with payments.
