Reporting to the Collections & Customer Payments Manager, the successful candidate will be actively supporting the Fraud Specialist in the investigation, analysis, detection, and recovery of suspected accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data preparation, entry, and cleaning to support fraud monitoring and analysis.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of alerts and elevate findings to senior analysts for assessment.
• Support the investigation team by gathering documentation, organizing case files, and maintaining records.
• Help prepare summary reports, dashboards, and presentations on fraud trends and controls.
