BILLING COORDINATOR – PORCUPINE

Job purpose

The Billing Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring accurate billing, strong customer relationships, and reliable financial records. This position works closely with internal teams and customers to maintain smooth and efficient billing processes. This role will report to the Controller for Sarjeant Propane.

Duties and responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile billing data with contracts, sales records, and accounting systems.
• Issue and manage credit memos while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
