Position Details
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments, redirect the calls, or keep messages.
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints.
- Gather required information from patients and medical insurance providers.
- Verify medical insurance benefits and submit insurance claims.
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
- Place supply orders when necessary.
- Monitor and update records and files.
- Provide general administrative support for the practice.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience and knowledge with medical insurance verification and submission of claims is a plus.
- Knowledge of common online systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
- Experience in roles such as customer service, administration, medical, interpreters, sales, or executive support.
